Wave of attacks by terrorist country leaves fire station and ambulance in ruins in Kherson region

The aggressor's troops attacked 34 settlements in the Kherson region, striking at residential areas, infrastructure and social institutions. Nine people were wounded in the shelling, and air defense systems shot down an enemy drone.

During the day from 06:00 on June 18 to 06:00 on June 19, 2025, Russian troops fired on the Kherson region with artillery, aircraft and kamikaze drones. At least 34 settlements came under enemy fire, including Kherson, Beryslav, Chornobaivka, Stanislav, Dariivka and Bilozerka.

The occupants were hitting residential areas, civilian infrastructure and critical facilities. Three high-rise buildings were damaged in Kherson, and ten more private houses were destroyed in other communities. A gas pipeline, an emergency medical station, a fire station and civilian vehicles were also hit.

As a result of the hostile attacks, nine people sustained injuries of varying severity.

During the night attack, air defense forces shot down one Shahed attack drone.

Two women, born in 1953 and 2000, were wounded in Dniprovsky district of Kherson. Both had explosive injuries and contusions.

In Bilozerka, the enemy attacked a fire station, also from a UAV. Three rescuers of the State Emergency Service were injured - 24, 31 and 38 years old. A local resident, who was wounded during the shelling of her house on June 16, also turned to the same hospital. The 43-year-old woman was at home at the time of the attack and sustained blast trauma, contusion and concussion.

A 28-year-old man who was in the yard of his house also came under fire. A 47-year-old resident of Komyshany, who was hit by a Russian drone, also needed medical assistance. He was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury and eye damage.

During the day of June 17-18, Russian troops shelled at least 37 settlements in the Kherson region. The attacks killed two people and injured 34 others.

On the night of June 18, the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on an ambulance. A 34-year-old paramedic and a 42-year-old medical technician were injured. The shelling damaged at least 12 private houses, outbuildings, garages and cars.

The day before, enemy shells hit a multi-storey building, 22 private houses, an outbuilding, agricultural machinery and cars. Four people were wounded, including a teenager.
