War-damaged buildings to be demolished in Mykolaiv

In Mykolaiv, the Executive Committee has decided to amend the list of facilities damaged as a result of Russian aggression that require immediate dismantling.

This became known to Intent during a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council.

It is about updating and supplementing the list of potentially hazardous buildings where it is necessary to partially dismantle or eliminate certain structures.

In particular, the list includes a residential building at 31 Oleksiy Vadatursky Street. It is planned to dismantle and liquidate apartments No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 14 in the building, which were damaged by Russian shelling and pose a danger.

The executive committee also approved the dismantling of potentially dangerous areas of block 2 of the administrative building at 24 Vadym Blahovysnoho Street.

The document states that the work will be carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the decisions of the regional commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies.

As a reminder, the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council has approved changes to the community budget for 2026.

According to the updated figures, total budget expenditures amount to over UAH 6.9 billion. Of this amount, about UAH 5.4 billion is allocated to the general fund, which covers salaries for public sector employees, utility bills, and support for the city's vital functions. Almost UAH 1.5 billion more is provided for in the special fund, which is used for development and capital expenditures.
