Russian drones damaged a civilian tugboat in a port in the Odesa region

Russian drones damaged the civilian rescue tug "Sapphire" in one of the ports in the Odesa region. <span><span><span><span><span><span>According to preliminary reports, no one was injured.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The ministry noted that the vessel was clearly marked in accordance with the requirements of international maritime conventions, yet Russia committed yet another gross violation of international humanitarian and maritime law. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The Ministry stated that all circumstances and evidence of the crime will be documented and forwarded to the International Maritime Organization (IMO).</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Overnight, the Russians attacked Odesa again. The shelling damaged high-rise buildings, private homes, a car, two educational institutions, and infrastructure facilities. According to preliminary data, 20 people were injured. Among them were two children: a boy born in 2010 and a girl born in 2017.

On September 12, Russian forces struck a high-rise residential building in Odesa. Twenty-six people were injured, including two children. The upper floors of the high-rise residential building were completely destroyed by the strike. The shock wave damaged neighboring residential buildings and a low-pressure gas pipeline.

Also on September 12, inChornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, a local hotel being used as a rehabilitation center was destroyed by an enemy strike. According to the State Emergency Service, a residential building in the city was also destroyed, three others were damaged, and a gas pipe was damaged, leading to a fire in one of the buildings. Five people were injured, including four children.
