Vitaliy Kim Hosts Nebraska's Tom Brewer for Discussion on Mykolaiv's Recovery and Security

Vitaliy Kim, the head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, held an online conversation with former Nebraska Senator Tom Brewer. The American politician, US Army veteran and longtime friend of Ukraine expressed his support and discussed security and prospects for the region's recovery with the regional leadership.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

Tom Brewer is a Republican who served in the U.S. Army for 36 years, including a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, he has repeatedly visited Ukraine and Mykolaiv region, advocating for increased military assistance to our country. He actively communicates the truth about the events in Ukraine to the American public and politicians.

We stand by Ukraine and admire the resilience of your people. I believe you should get more weapons to bring a just world closer," Brewer emphasized.

Vitaly Kim thanked for the support, spoke about the difficulties faced by the region and asked the American politician to visit Ukraine. In response, Brewer assured him that he would make every effort to ensure that the voice of Ukraine and Mykolaiv region is heard in the United States. He added that he believes that the United States should provide more weapons so that Ukraine can bring a just peace closer.

The meeting was also attended by Mykola Marynov, Deputy Chief of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District, and Dmytro Tarasenko, freelance advisor to the First Deputy Chief of the Regional Military District.
