Veterinary laboratory buildings for sale in Mykolaiv region

The State Property Fund has put up for sale a complex of buildings of a veterinary laboratory located in Berezanka, Mykolaiv region. The starting price is UAH 261 thousand.

The information was published on the Prozorro.Sale platform.

This facility is on the balance sheet of the Main Directorate of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in Mykolaiv region.

According to the data from the Mykolaiv Intercity Bureau of Technical Inventory provided on November 14, 2023, the complex includes

• administrative building of the bacteriological department with an area of 103.9 sq.m;
• administrative building of the serological department - 58.0 sq.m;
• vivarium - 62.3 sq.m;
• chemical laboratory - 83.3 sq.m;
• gas boiler room - 42.4 sq.m;
• an opening room, a shed, a restroom and other outbuildings.

The complex that is being sold is located at 84 Stepova Street, Berezanka village, Mykolaiv district. The total area of the building is 412.8 square meters.

Bids will be accepted until October 27. The auction is scheduled for October 28.

Earlier, the State Property Fund sold the Mykolaiv State Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise. The starting price of the lot was UAH 5 million 697 thousand 500.

There were two bidders for the lot: Orthotop Private Enterprise and Alfa Bionic Limited Liability Company. Orthotop Private Enterprise won the auction with a bid of UAH 7 million 150 thousand 100.

Recently, the regional office of the State Property Fund put up for sale the only property complex of the Odesa Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise. The auction will take place on November 8. Bids will be accepted until the evening of November 7. The starting price of the property is UAH 46 million 378 thousand 484.
