A large-scale scandal has erupted in the prosecutor's office: civil servants are receiving payments after having registered fake disabilities. Among others, law enforcement officers from Odesa and Mykolaiv regions are involved.
This was reported by Censor.net with reference to information from the "There are questions" project.
Based on the analysis, a list of 15 heads of regional prosecutor's offices who receive the highest pensions was compiled.
The rating was opened by Stanislav Muratov (43), deputy head of the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office, who received UAH 1,152,155 in pension in 2023. For the first time, he indicated his pension in his 2020 declaration.
The deputy head of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Andrii Kravchenko (39), is also slightly inferior. In 2023, he received UAH 1,015,225 in pension. The pension first appeared in Kravchenko's declaration in 2021.
The top three are rounded out by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office , Oleksandr Filchakov (45). In 2023, he declared UAH 823,071 of pension. According to the declaration, he started receiving it in 2020.
The fourth place is occupied by Kateryna Shevtsova (42), the head of the regional prosecutor's office in Cherkasy region, who received UAH 785,435 in pension in 2023. For the first time, she indicated her pension in her 2020 declaration.
The fifth is Volodymyr Lymar (47), the first deputy head of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, who reported UAH 714,749 in pension in his declaration for 2023. He started receiving it in 2019.
Vladyslav Hriuk, deputy head of the Chernihiv Prosecutor's Office, is in sixth place. There is no information about his age in open sources, but it is known that he has been working in the prosecution since 2000. In 2023, he received UAH 526,160 in pension. He first indicated it in his declaration for 2018.
The seventh place was taken by Deputy Head Oleksandr Suzyi (41). In 2023, he received UAH 439,576 of pension. According to his declaration, he started receiving it in 2021.
The eighth place is taken by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, Serhii Spilnyk (47), who received UAH 433,713 in pension last year. He started receiving it back in 2017, at the age of 40.
The ninth place was taken by the head of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office, Andrii Rudnytskyi (51), who declared UAH 424,671 in pensions in 2023. It first appeared in Rudnytskyi's declaration back in 2017.
The top ten is rounded out by Deputy Head of the Sumy Prosecutor's Office Ihor Sydorenko (46). For the first time, he indicated a pension of 406,224 in his declaration for 2023.
Denys Falchenko (42), acting head of the Mykolaiv Prosecutor's Office, is in eleventh place. He has been working in the prosecutor's office since 2004. According to the declaration, he started receiving a pension in 2023 and declared UAH 393,120 in pension.
The twelfth place was taken by Oleksiy Lyashenko, deputy head of the Sumy regional prosecutor's office, who, at the age of 39, declared UAH 385,499 in pension for the past year. And he first indicated it in his declaration for 2021, when he was 36 years old.
The thirteenth place goes to Andriy Mykolaychuk (46), the head of the Ternopil Prosecutor's Office. In 2023, he received UAH 326,331 in pension. In 2021, when he was 43 years old, he began to indicate his pension in his declarations.
The fourteenth place was taken by Olena Nesterova (50), deputy head of the Kirovohrad Prosecutor's Office. In 2023, she received UAH 298,100 in pension. According to her declaration, she started receiving her pension in 2017. She has been working in the prosecutor's office since 1999.
The youngest representative of this ranking, Deputy Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office Isa Tanriverdiev (36 years old), closes the top. In 2023, he declared 251,160 UAH of pension. He first began to indicate it in his declaration for 2022, i.e. at the age of 34. He started his career in the prosecution in 2011.

Earlier, the Center for Public Investigations investigated how much Vitaliy Shevchenko, Head of the Department for Supporting Activities in the Field of Preventing and Combating Corruption of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, earned. Over the year, the official's income amounted to almost one and a half million hryvnias. He recently received a car for about the same amount.
The first deputy head of the Mykolaiv regional prosecutor's office, Denys Falchenko, received more than one and a half million in salary, a pension and a prize for the year. His wife received payments for IDPs. The Falchenko family keeps 33 thousand dollars in cash, 1 million 960 thousand hryvnias, and 7 thousand 664 hryvnias in the bank.
Gennadiy Pogorelov, former head of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Mykolaiv region, and his wife became owners of two new houses and a car worth two million hryvnias last year. The Pogorelov family keeps 750 thousand hryvnias, 108 thousand dollars and 34 thousand euros in cash.
