The Stanislav community has no phone service, electricity, or water

In the Stanislav community in the Kherson region, which is located directly on the front line, the situation regarding mobile communications, electricity, and water remains critical. This is due to constant Russian shelling and drone attacks.

This was reported by “Bilozerka.Info,” citing Oleksandr Babutsky, head of the Stanislavska Rural Military Administration.

According to him, there is virtually no mobile service in the community, and the prospects for restoring it under the current security conditions remain bleak.

In addition, there is no electricity in any of the community’s settlements, and gas supply is only partially available.

The issue of water is particularly acute. As Babutsky noted, the water supply situation is critical, especially in Stanislav, which is attacked by Russian forces practically every day.

“Stanislav is the target of the most frequent Russian attacks every day and, unfortunately, suffers the highest number of civilian casualties,” said the head of the SVA.

Preparations for the heating season in the community have currently been suspended due to a delay in the adoption of the relevant Cabinet of Ministers resolution. This resolution is intended to define the territories, categories of the population, the amount of assistance, application forms, and a list of required documents.

At the same time, the community has already compiled preliminary lists of residents eligible for heating assistance and submitted them to the Kherson Regional State Administration.

Community residents are also being partially supplied with fire extinguishers. The fire extinguishers are being provided by charitable organizations and Kherson Regional Association of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations (KhOKARS). In the near future, the SVA expects a new shipment from the Kherson Regional State Administration, which it plans to distribute among residents according to their needs.

Community authorities continue to urge residents to evacuate from the active combat zone to safer regions.
