After the beta testing phase, the National Cashback program has officially launched. This was announced by Yulia Svyrydenko, Minister of Economy of Ukraine, during her speech at the Made in Ukraine business forum.

"During the beta testing of the program, which lasted from September 2, Ukrainians issued more than 2 million cards. More than a million people see cashback in Diia, which is UAH 73.2 million. We have been joined by 11 banks, hundreds of retailers and thousands of manufacturers who have added 260 thousand products. We can now say that the program is working correctly, we have tested all systems and made the necessary adjustments. From today, we are launching National Cashback in full, and the advertising campaign will start. We will continue to provide technical support to our partners, including new retailers and manufacturers who continue to join the program," said Yulia Svyrydenko.

According to the minister, major retail chains are already marking their stores with the program and labeling the goods on the shelves for which the National Cashback is credited. Consumers can see the cashback in Diia the day after they make a purchase.

To receive cashback from the state, you need to apply through the website or mobile application of a bank participating in the program or contact a branch. Open a physical or virtual card to which cashback will be credited.

When applying to the bank, you will also need to identify the cards that will be used to make payments for goods and agree to the transfer of transaction data when purchasing goods from the selected cards. These can be cards from different banks. Next, update the Diia mobile application, select the National Cashback service, and select the card for cashback payments.

Earlier, Yulia Svyrydenko said that ATB-Market, Aurora, NOVUS, ECO Market, VARUS, OKKO, WOG filling station chain, Ukrnafta, and Apteka ANC pharmacy chain had joined the program. According to her, about 100 more retail outlets - from small shops and pharmacies to online stores and large supermarkets - are in the process of joining.

According to the official, as of September 9, 880 thousand Ukrainians have opened cards to receive payments under the National Cashback program. More than 130 thousand products from 713 Ukrainian manufacturers are registered in the system.
