The State Property Fund is currently registering this property to form the authorized capital of the plant, after which a large-scale privatization of the plant may begin.

Kherson Biological Factory was registered in 1992. It was mainly engaged in the production of pharmaceuticals and materials.

In addition, the SPFU sold the apartments of Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov and Ukrainian collaborator Volodymyr Saldo in Odesa for almost UAH 7 million. Once paid by the winners, the money will go to the Fund for liquidation of the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
