Yesterday, Kherson region came under massive attacks by Russian troops. The enemy used drones, aircraft and artillery.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, dozens of settlements came under attack, including Kherson, Beryslav, Stanislav, Antonivka, Kizomys, Tyahynka, Novotyahynka, Mykhailivka, Dniprovske and other villages and communities in the region.
Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas. The shelling damaged at least 8 multi-storey buildings and 16 private homes.
In addition, a hotel building, businesses, a gas station, a gas pipeline, outbuildings, civilian cars, a minibus and a trolleybus were destroyed.
As a result of Russian aggression, 3 people died and 12 others were injured, including one child.
It is also reported that 5 people were evacuated from the liberated communities in the region. The authorities urge residents to move to safer areas and contact the contact center of the region.
As previously reported by Intent, on April 8, 4 people were killed and 21 others were injured, including one child, due to Russian shelling in Kherson region. One person was evacuated from the frontline communities.
Earlier, Russian troops massively attacked Kherson and Mykolaiv regions with drones, artillery, and aircraft. Civilians were killed and wounded, including a child, and residential buildings and critical infrastructure were damaged.
Earlier, the enemy attacked a taxi in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. The attack on civilian transport took place at noon, when the bus was full of passengers.
On March 9, the Russians shelled the settlements of Kherson region once again. The attacks killed one person and injured eight others. The Russian military fired at civilian infrastructure with artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, and various types of UAVs.
