The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has notified Tetyana Dramin, a 47-year-old resident of Antonivka, that she is suspected of collaborating with and aiding the Russian Federation. During the occupation of Kherson, she took charge of a seized kindergarten and switched it to Russian educational standards.

This is stated in the indictment, published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

As noted in the document, in July 2022, the woman agreed to become the director of the institution established by the occupying authorities, “State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Kherson Region ‘Kindergarten No. 24 of the City of Kherson.’”

Investigators believe that she acted in accordance with the decisions of the occupying administration and facilitated the integration of preschool education in the Kherson region into the Russian system.

According to law enforcement, following her appointment, Tetyana Dramin registered the kindergarten in the Unified StateRegister of Legal Entities of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. This, according to the investigation, allowed the occupying authorities to officially incorporate the institution into the Russian education system.

The indictment also states that the director organized the transition of the facility to Russian educational programs. Ukrainian state symbols, educational materials, and documentation in the Ukrainian language were removed from the kindergarten. Instead, Russian textbooks were brought into the facility, and the educational process and administrative procedures were fully switched to Russian.

In addition, according to the investigation, the woman recruited teaching and technical staff and campaigned among employees, offering them the opportunity to work according to Russian standards and receive salaries in rubles.

Those who refused to cooperate with the occupation administration were forced to leave the facility’s premises.

Law enforcement officials also note that prior to the full-scale invasion, Tetyana Dramin headed Kherson Preschool No. 79. She is currently charged with collaboration and aiding the aggressor state.
