Shelter builder found for lyceum and kindergarten in Odesa region for 97 million

The Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Vyhodiansk Village Council in Odesa Oblast has held a tender to select a contractor to build a civil defense facility for the Vyhodiansk preschool institution "Vyshenka".

According to the announcement in the Prozorro system, the tender also covers the supporting institution Vyhodyansky Lyceum.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and only one company participated - Davmir Stroy Limited Liability Company. The company is ready to work for UAH 97 million 411.2 thousand. The work is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025.

According to the YouControl service, Davmir Stroy LLC was registered in 2019. The owner is Andrii Mezhevyi and the director is Valentyna Romanyuk. In 2025, the company won two tenders totaling UAH 45 million 77.2 thousand. These were the overhaul of the canteen's food service unit in the building of the Usativsky Lyceum named after P.D. Vernydub of the Usativsky Village Council and the overhaul of the therapeutic department of the Ovidiopol Hospital of the Ovidiopol Village Council.

In both cases, the procurement was carried out in the format of open bidding with special features and the company was the only participant.

In October 2023, the Department of Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Nerubai Village Council of Odesa District held a procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the construction of a civil defense facility for the Nerubai Academic Lyceum No. 2. Davmir Stroy Limited Liability Company is considered as a future contractor for this work. The procurement with an expected value of UAH 23 million 323.6 thousand was held on January 7 in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was Davmir Stroy Limited Liability Company.
