On the night of December 14, Russian occupation forces attacked Mykolaiv region and the air defense forces successfully destroyed one enemy drone of the Shahed 131/136 type in the region. Thanks to the military's prompt actions, potential destruction and casualties were prevented.

Regarding the situation in Mykolaiv district, on December 13, at 10:40 a.m., the Kutsurubska community was attacked by an enemy FPV drone. According to the official, there were no casualties.

The Ukrainian Navy added that last night, servicemen destroyed three enemy kamikaze drones in southern Ukraine.

"The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with units of other components of the Defense Forces, continue to destroy the enemy on land, at sea and in the air," the statement said.

According to the Air Force, on the night of December 14, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 132 Shahed and other types of attack UAVs launched from the areas of the Russian cities of Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Orel, Bryansk and Millerovo.

As of 09:00, 58 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones were confirmed to have been shot down in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Kirovohrad regions.

The Air Force clarified that due to the active counteraction of the Defense Forces, 72 enemy drones did not reach their targets (locally lost), and two returned to Russia.

Meanwhile, the morning of December 13 began for residents of Odesa region with two enemy attacks. At dawn, the Russian military used attack drones to target the southern districts of the region. This attack did not cause any damage.
