On the morning of December 13, a series of powerful explosions occurred in Odesa. Russians attacked the city with missiles.

The Ukrainian Air Force warned that a cruise missile was heading toward Odesa. A few minutes later, there was information about another group of cruise missiles heading toward the city.

The mayor of Odesa urged residents to stay in safe places.

According to Olena Buynevych, Director of the Department of Education, classes in schools for the first shift will start remotely.

"Parents, please remember to comply with safety requirements. Do not walk the streets with your children during alarms. Classes should start after the bell rings. The first shift is remote, if the school includes in-person classes in case of a lockdown, there will be time to get there. If you have already left and come to school or kindergarten, they will accept you. Please let the teachers know if you will bring your child after dismissal so that they can calculate the meal," the official said.
