Russians Shell Over 30 Settlements in Kherson, Killing 3 and Injuring 7

During the day, Russians shelled more than 30 settlements in Kherson region, hitting housing and infrastructure. The attacks killed three people and injured seven others.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson administration , Oleksandr Prokudin.

From April 12 to 13, Russian troops shelled a number of settlements in the Kherson region. More than three dozen settlements came under fire and air strikes, including Kherson, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Kozatske, Tyahynka and others.

The attacks targeted residential areas, critical and social infrastructure facilities. The attacks damaged an apartment building, 11 private houses, a warehouse and a private car.

The shelling killed three civilians and injured seven others.

Every day, the occupying army turns peaceful villages and towns of the region into a frontline zone. On April 11-12, 22 settlements in the de-occupied Kherson region came under fire and air strikes. The attacks damaged at least 8 multi-story buildings, 6 private houses, a banking institution and one private car.

Eight residents were injured as a result of the shelling. On April 10, the aggressor country's troops shelled residential areas and critical infrastructure. A multi-storey building, 12 private houses and several cars were damaged.

One person was killed and two others were injured in the enemy attacks. On April 8-9, more than two dozen towns and villages in the region came under heavy fire and air strikes from Russian troops. The occupiers targeted residential areas, damaging a multi-story building, at least 15 private homes, outbuildings and cars. Four civilians were injured in the shelling. In March, Kherson community lost 17 civilians and 168 others were injured.

Recently, Ukraine initiated an urgent convocation of the UN Security Council and the OSCE Permanent Council in response to Russia's bloody missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. The goal is to draw the attention of the international community to Russia's latest war crime, to achieve a strong condemnation of the aggressor and to increase diplomatic pressure to bring the perpetrators to justice.
