Russian Army Launches Massive Attacks on Kherson, 10 Civilians Injured

The enemy army launched massive attacks on Kherson and the surrounding villages, targeting civilian objects. Dozens of buildings and structures were damaged, and 10 civilians were wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Military District Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

During the day on April 23, dozens of settlements in Kherson region came under heavy fire. Russian troops fired artillery and aircraft at critical infrastructure and residential areas.

In particular, the strikes were recorded in Beryslav, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Havrylivka, Stepanivka, Stanislav and Kherson itself. The shelling damaged at least six multi-storey buildings and eight private houses, as well as a pipeline, outbuildings, a garage and a car.

Ten people were injured as a result of the enemy aggression.

From April 22 to 23, Russian troops attacked more than 30 settlements in Kherson Oblast, targeting residential buildings, infrastructure, and transport, including ambulances. As a result of the attacks, 12 people were injured, including a child. Two high-rise buildings, 12 private houses, an ambulance and several cars were destroyed.

On April 18-19, the Russian army again shelled residential areas. Three high-rise buildings, five private houses, a hangar, agricultural machinery and civilian cars were damaged. Nine people were injured. A 16-year-old boy who was seriously injured in a Russian air strike died in hospital.

On the night of April 17-18, Kherson and neighboring communities were shelled. The occupiers shelled houses, infrastructure and cars. Four civilians were killed and 25 were injured, including one child. Nine multi-storey buildings, ten private houses and an ambulance were destroyed.

Between April 16 and 17, the occupants once again turned the peaceful settlements of the region into a firing zone. At least 20 multi-storey buildings and 17 private houses were damaged, as well as outbuildings, gas pipelines, fire trucks and private cars. One person was killed and 15 others were injured, including a child. The occupiers continue to systematically shell Kherson region, destroying housing, infrastructure and transport in dozens of settlements.
