Russian Army Attacks 25 Settlements in Kherson, 4 Injured and 3 Dead

The Russian army attacked 25 settlements in the Kherson region. The shelling damaged infrastructure and residential buildings, and there are victims.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

On March 2 and 3, the following localities came under enemy fire and air strikes: Antonivka, Sadove, Naddnipryanske, Blahovishchenske, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Stanislav, Sofiyivka, Shyroka Balka, Daryivka, Mykilske, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Tyahynka, Mykhaylivka, Dudchany, Chervonyi Mayak, Novokaira, Novoraysk, Monastyrske, Zolota Balka, Osokorivka, Kostyrka, Kozatske and the city of Kherson.

Enemy troops struck at critical infrastructure and residential areas, including a multi-storey building and eight private homes. In addition, the occupiers destroyed a store.

Four people were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.

From April 1 to April 2, two multi-storey buildings, ten private houses and several cars were damaged as a result of the attacks. One person died as a result of Russian aggression. It also became known that a resident of Zmiyivka was killed as a result of Russian shelling last week, when the occupiers attacked the village with mortar fire. A 52-year-old man sustained fatal injuries.

From March 30 to 31, the occupying forces attacked more than 30 settlements in the Kherson region, shelling residential areas and infrastructure. The attacks damaged buildings and injured 11 civilians.

On March 28, the shelling damaged at least five high-rise buildings and nine private houses, destroyed a warehouse, a gas station and several vehicles, including an ambulance. Unfortunately, three people were killed and 12 others were injured.

Recently, the Commander of the Ukrainian Navy shared the details of the damage to the Russian Black Sea Fleet flagship Moskva. Although a hit by two missiles seemed unlikely, a combination of factors led to its sinking.

The cruiser Moskva, the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, was sunk in mid-April 2022. According to the Ukrainian military, the ship was hit by two Neptune anti-ship missiles.
