Prosecutors have served a resident of Mykolaiv with a notice of suspicion of aiding and abetting in forgery and fraud with land of the state forest fund.
This is stated in the report of the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Under the procedural guidance of the Mykolaiv District Prosecutor's Office, a local resident was served a notice of suspicion of aiding and abetting in the production of a forged document, its use and acquisition of property rights by deception (fraud) committed on a large scale (Part 5 of Article 27, Part 1 of Article 358, Part 4 of Article 358, Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Thus, according to the investigation, the suspect, in order to seize a land plot of 1000 square meters, facilitated the forgery of the decision of the Mykolaiv City Council to grant this land plot into private ownership. Later, he used the forged decision, as a result of which the State Register of Real Property Rights was entered with information about the right of private ownership of the disputed land plot. It is noted that this land plot belongs to the state forest fund, is located in a picturesque corner of Mykolaiv on the lands of Andriyiv forestry and is in permanent use of a specialized forestry enterprise.
In addition, in order to restore the interests of the state, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to reclaim the land plot into state ownership. The case is being considered.
Earlier it was reported that the lands of theShyroka Balka nature reserve were protected in Kherson region at the request of the prosecutor's office. Thus, the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office ordered the local government to organize the work on the delineation of the boundaries of the natural reserve fund object - the botanical reserve of local importance "Shyroka Balka".
It was also reported that the Prosecutor's Office of Odesa region filed a lawsuit to terminate the right to permanent use of agricultural land of more than 735 hectares in Rozdilnyansky district, with the subsequent cancellation of the state act, and recognition of the state's ownership of the said land.
