Limited Liability Company "Mithridates Odesa" has put up for sale real estate at 1 Pastera Street.

The corresponding announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

This address is home to the Brazhynskyi House, designed by architect Francesco Boffo. The house was built in 1835. The description states that it is a non-residential building with an area of 1,211 square meters, and the company noted earlier that empty outbuildings located behind the architectural monument, near the top of the slope, were put up for sale.

The location is positioned as convenient in terms of logistics - access is possible from three sides. The sellers also noted the sea view from the second floor and the proximity to an infectious diseases hospital. Therefore, they believe that the purchase of real estate is an excellent solution for the construction of a residential complex, medical center, office building or apart-hotel.

"The site has a high investment potential: the city center, developed infrastructure and beautiful views create significant competitive advantages," assures Mithridates Odesa LLC.

Mithridates Odesa LLC was founded in 2008 and is primarily engaged in auxiliary activities in the field of transportation. The owner and director is Volodymyr Protsenko. The auction is scheduled for April 14 with a starting price of UAH 10.2 million.

Last year, this lot was already put up for sale for UAH 11 million, and the year before that for UAH 11.9 million.

Francesco Carlo Boffo was an Italian architect who lived and worked in Odesa in 1820-1861. He supervised the construction of significant buildings designed by other architects (mostly in the capital): The Vorontsov Palace, the House of Seated Persons on Prymorskyi Boulevard, the Potemkin Stairs, the Stock Exchange Building, and the Palace of Governor-General Vorontsov. More than 30 buildings created by the architect Boffo have survived. Among them: Pushkinskaya, 3, Sadovaya, 1, Zhukovsky, 39, Grecheskaya, 35, Tchaikovsky Lane, 8 - Francesco Boffo's own house.
