Insolvency receiver Oleksandr Bokhan has put up for auction a complex of buildings and structures and equipment in the rehabilitation procedure of Odesa Oblavtodor, a subsidiary of the State Joint Stock Company State Joint Stock Company Avtomobilni Drohi Ukrainy.
According to Prozorro.Sale, it is a complex of buildings and structures with a total area of 7,126.6 square meters located on land plots with a total area of 2.73 hectares, and 18 units of equipment that is in an unserviceable condition), located at the address: Odesa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Shabivska village council, complex of buildings and structures No. 62.
The property includes dormitories, a dining room, a hostel, an operator's house, a sewage treatment plant, a water tower, a water supply system, a bandstand, and a locksmith's workshop. The period of exposure of the real estate sale in accordance with the debtor's bankruptcy rehabilitation plan approved by the decision of the Economic Court of Odesa region on June 11, 2024 is not less than 31 calendar days.
The starting price of the auction is UAH 35.7 million. The auction is scheduled for July 7.
Meanwhile, the National Bank of Ukraine has again put up for re-auction an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.
The National Bank tried to sell this complex on June 5, but the auction failed due to the lack of bidders. The National Bank has once again failed to sell this property complex. The auction was scheduled for May 7 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand. In the announcement, the organizers stated that this was the first time the lot was being put up for auction, but the National Bank had tried to sell this property twice before. The second auction was scheduled for February 14, but there were no bidders. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.
Earlier, the Bolhrad City Council in Odesa Oblast again put up for sale the buildings and structures of the unfinished maternity hospital for the "Mother and Child Center" and "Block of auxiliary premises of the maternity hospital."
