Odesa to Inventory 12,000 Hectares of Land for ₴1.2M by 2025

The Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Odesa Regional State Administration has conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid to conduct a state inventory of state-owned land in the Odesa region.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only participant was Odesa Project Land Management Group Limited Liability Company. According to YouControl, the company was registered in 2018. The owner is Tetiana Zemlyana.

The company will have to inventory 12 thousand hectares of land in the region by August 31, 2025. The company expects to receive 1.2 million hryvnias in the event of a deal.

Earlier, the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Odesa Regional State Administration held a tender to select a company that would be paid to develop a land management project to organize and establish the boundaries of the territories of the Kuyalnytskyi National Nature Park's nature reserve fund. The only bidder was Odesa Project Land Management Group, a limited liability company. The amount of the procurement was 2.4 million hryvnias.

Also in early April, the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council selected individual entrepreneur Inna Badiul to inventory special-purpose green spaces in the Prymorskyi district for UAH 1 million 134.9 thousand.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the entrepreneur was the only participant. If the agreement is concluded by October 31, 2025, the entrepreneur will have to inventory 603,648 square meters of green space on 170 sites in the district.
