A resident of Odesa called the patrol police to report that he had been beaten by unknown persons, and he was detained and taken to the Khadzhibey Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.

This was reported by the press service of the Patrol Police of Odesa region.

The fact is that when the patrol officers arrived at the scene, they found out that the applicant, with signs of alcohol intoxication, entered one of the public catering establishments and began to argue.

Then the police began to check the applicant's documents and found out that he was wanted under Article 210 (Violation of the legislation on military duty and military service by persons liable for military service or conscription) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Meanwhile, the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on a video recording of a conflict between the military and local residents in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region, during which a man was thrown to the ground and his mouth was covered. Allegedly, the man was wanted and tried to escape from the TCC twice during his detention.

In early March, in Odesa, a civilian beat an employee of the Prymorskyi district CCC and JRB during a document check. During the checking of military registration documents by soldiers of the Prymorskyi RTC and JV of the city, one of the men suddenly became aggressive and inflicted bodily injuries on the soldier. Later, a video was posted online in which the man described how the verbal conflict escalated into a fight and what happened next.

In January, Odesa journalist and writer Victoria Koltunova claimed that servicemen from one of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support grabbed her son on the street of Odesa, took him out of town, and severely beat him, demanding money.
