The State Enterprise "Local Road Service" has started looking for a contractor for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Berezovsky district.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement is planned in the format of open bidding with special features, the deadline for submitting proposals is June 14, and the auction is scheduled for June 16.

We are talking about sections of eight roads of regional importance:

And 112 road sections of district significance. The total area of the road sections to be maintained by the contractor is 782,55 square meters.

The roadmaintainer will have to remove emergency greenery on the roadside, garbage, and snow in winter. It will also carry out patching repairs and arrange horizontal road markings with cold-applied plastic using a stencil marking machine.

In February, the Department of Housing, Architecture and Land Relations of the Podilsk City Council in Odesa Oblast held a tender to select a contractor to be paid for the ongoing repair of the roadways in Podilsk. The only participant was Atlant Budproekt Limited Liability Company, but the procurement was later canceled due to the inability to eliminate the identified violations of public procurement legislation. Then they made a second attempt, which was canceled due to the lack of further need for the procurement of goods, works and services, but eventually held a new procurement, in which Atlant Budproekt LLC participated with a competitor in the form of Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud LLC, which, despite asking for more money for the work - UAH 3 million 130 thousand against the competitor's UAH 2 million 850 thousand - won the contract.
