The Department of Urban Development, Architecture, Land Management, Ecology, Housing and Communal Property of the Mayakivka Village Council in Odesa Oblast has again announced a tender to select a contractor to build a shelter at the lyceum.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction is scheduled for June 11, with the expected purchase price remaining the same as before - UAH 122 million 553.7 thousand.

The procurement is still planned in the format of open bidding with special features. However, despite this format, four limited liability companies, Ukrservicegroup, Berg Group, Stany Magnum and Bereg Trans Bud, participated in the last tender. The winner was Ukrservicegroup LLC, which agreed to work for UAH 112 million. The company will have to complete the work by March 31, 2026, if the agreement is signed. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2006 and is owned and operated by Oleksandr Myach, a resident of Kryvyi Rih.

This is not the first time the company has won tenders in Odesa region, and it has been mentioned in the media in connection with criminal proceedings. For example, in January 2025, 368.media, citing criminal case files , claimed that the company was mentioned in a case involving suspicion of misappropriation of budget funds by the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council. According to the publication, the misuse concerned major repairs of shelters in Odesa schools. In particular, in December 2023, the Center for Financing Educational Institutions of Prymorskyi District and the contractor UkrServiceGroup LLC signed a contract for the repair of the shelter of Lyceum No. 10 worth more than UAH 5.3 million. However, in April, the cost of these works increased to UAH 7 million, and by the end of the year - to UAH 16.9 million. Investigators, according to the publication, found that the funds transferred to the contractor's account did not correspond to the scope and quality of the work performed.
