Odesa Property Auction: Premises Relisted at ₴3.2M for Sale on February 25

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has re-put up for sale the premises at Ataman Holovaty Street in Peresypskyi district of Odesa.

This is small-scale privatization, which is a way to purchase enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million. The new starting price of the premises is UAH 3 million 203.1 thousand.

The total area of the premises is 109.5 square meters. The premises are located on the ground floor of a residential building that was not included in the authorized capital of Odesa Automobile Assembly Plant PJSC during privatization.

According to the technical passport, the facility consists of six main premises with a total area of 79.5 square meters and six auxiliary premises with a total area of 30 square meters; it has a separate entrance (foundation - concrete, walls - shell rock, floor - tiles, linoleum). There is electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage.

The technical condition of structural elements and utilities is satisfactory. The auction is scheduled for February 25.

The premises were scheduled to be sold on February 25 with a starting price of UAH 6 million 406.3 thousand, but there were no bidders.

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine put up for auction for the second time an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters. The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.
