Odesa Institute has risen in price by more than five times after the auction

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions held an auction for the sale of the single property complex of the state enterprise Odesa Research and Design Institute of Land Management.

According to the Fund's press service, eight bidders competed for the ownership of the property, and the bidding price increased 5.17 times: from UAH 4 million 987.3 thousand to UAH 25.8 million. The investor will also have to pay UAH 5.16 million in value-added tax.

The winner of the auction was Rentservis-MSL, a company registered in 2012 in Odesa, whose beneficial owner is listed in open registers as Tetiana Ternovska. She is the owner of three other companies.

The new owner will receive a share of 81 out of 100 engineering and laboratory buildings with outbuildings and structures (garage, shed, transformer room, fencing, paving). The asset also includes three vehicles.

According to the terms of sale, the buyer is obliged to ensure repayment of overdue accounts payable and prevent dismissal of employees for six months.

The engineering and laboratory building at the address: 34, Kosmonavtiv Street, Odesa, located on a 0.3-hectare land plot with a total area of 3,439.8 square meters (excluding the civil defense protective structure - storage facility No. 57305 with a total area of 645.6 square meters in the engineering and laboratory building letter A, which remains in state ownership and accounts for 19/100 of the facility's shares). Thus, the privatization object includes 81/100 shares of the facility with a total area of 2,816.7 square meters).
