The State Property Fund has sold a winery in Odesa region. The new owner received a full range of buildings and equipment for winemaking, including workshops, warehouses and wine storage tanks.

This is reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions sold the only property complex of the state enterprise Saratsky Winery at an open auction for UAH 10.17 million.

The complex is located in the village of Bayramcha (formerly Mykolaivka-Novorossiyska), Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, at 45 Molodizhna Street. The lot includes production facilities, warehouses, workshops, a boiler house, a garage, an administrative building and winemaking equipment.

The facilities of the complex include a grape processing shop, an acid shop, several warehouses, a water tower, a fire pool, liquid tanks, horizontal and vertical tanks, amphorae, a power plant, water supply networks and power lines.

The starting price of the lot was UAH 10,168,586.43. Only one company took part in the auction, DEN VINE, which won the auction with a bid of UAH 10,169,100. It is known that the owner of the company, Stepan Denov, had previously leased the enterprise.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the auction for the Saratsky Winery in February. In 2023, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions announced that it was preparing three wineries in Odesa region for privatization. These were Bolhrad, Sarat and Kotov wineries.

At the same time, the National Bank of Ukraine failed to find buyers for an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of more than 25,000 square meters. The auction was not held due to the lack of bidders.
