The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has announced an auction for the sale of Saratsky Winery.

The announcement was published on Prozorro.Sale.

The plant is located in the village of Bayramcha and is a civilian property complex consisting of: an administrative building, a gatehouse, a shed, warehouses, a garage, workshops, a boiler room, tanks, amphorae, tanks and other property.

The auction is scheduled to take place on March 10 with a starting price of UAH 10 million 168.6 thousand.

In 2023, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions announced that it was preparing three wineries in Odesa region for privatization. These are: Bolhrad, Sarat and Kotov wineries.

At that time, the Fund already had experience in privatizing a winery in Odesa region. In particular, on June 27, 2023, the State Property Fund held an online privatization auction for the sale of the Izmail winery for the second time. It was attended by Electronic Trading Technologies LLC, Vega Agro Trade Plus LLC, and Blackburn Trade Plus LLC.

However, in November 2024, the Antimonopoly Committee suspected two companies of collusion during the auction for the sale of the Izmail winery in Odesa region. The companies in question were Vega Agro Trade Plus and Grenderis (formerly Blackburn Trade Plus). After a preliminary investigation, the Antimonopoly Committee found possible signs of concerted actions between these bidders, which could indicate a violation of competition.
