Odesa City Council Announces ₴47.1M Road Maintenance Tenders

The Odesa City Council's Road Maintenance Department has announced three tenders for the maintenance of the city's street and road network. The total cost of the works is UAH 47.1 million, and the area to be repaired exceeds 18 thousand square meters.

The tenders were published on April 3 in the Prozorro e-procurement system.

Potential contractors have until April 12 to submit their proposals. The auction will be held on April 14 in an open bidding format with special features that provide for shorter deadlines for submitting bids and appealing. The repairs are scheduled to be completed by December 25, 2025.

What exactly will be repaired?

• Tender No. 2/2025 - repair of 7,918 m² of roads. The cost is UAH 20.5 million.
• Tender #3/2025 - repair of 5,500 m² of roads. The cost is UAH 17.7 million.
• Tender #4/2025 - repair of 4,600 m² of roads. The cost is UAH 8.9 million.

The works include pavement repair, road infrastructure maintenance and related services. All works are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025.

Meanwhile, Rostdorstroy, a company owned by a member of the Odesa City Council, was awarded a large road contract in Odesa without an auction. It will be paid more than 20 million from the budget to restore the road surface and fill in trenches after emergency repairs of heating networks.

Also, in the village of Fontanka, Odesa district, they planned to build a local road on Skovoroda Street. They are ready to spend more than UAH 4 million on this.

Earlier, prosecutors terminated agreements for the development of project documentation for the overhaul of the T-16-18 road, with a total cost of more than UAH 5 million. This is the section between Rozdilna and Yeremiivka.
