On November 4, Bilozerka, Veletynske, Beryslav, Havrylivka, Mykolaivka and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes by the Russian occupation army in Kherson region.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
The official said that during the shelling, the Russian occupiers damaged four private houses, a gas pipeline, an outbuilding and a garage in the region. Thus, according to the Kherson Military District Administration, at 11:00 a.m., Russian troops attacked Bilozerka. The enemy hit a residential building. As a result of the "arrival", the roof was smashed, windows and doors were broken. There was no information about the victims.

One civilian was injured in the right-bank part of Kherson region as a result of Russian aggression. The press service of the Kherson Regional Military Command reported that Russian troops attacked Beryslav at noon that day. As a result of the enemy shelling, a 63-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his leg. The victim was taken to a hospital for medical care.
Earlier it was reported that on November 3, during the shelling of Kherson region, Russian troops hit an educational and medical institution, a public transport stop; three high-rise buildings and 19 private houses were damaged in residential areas of the region's settlements. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline and private cars. Four people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.
On that day, the occupiers shelled Chornobaivka with artillery at least five times. Two educational institutions, a post office, a pharmacy, shops, private and apartment buildings were hit. Also on November 3 in the evening, Russian shelling damaged a residential building in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson.
