Occupants ignore ceasefire in Kherson region: destroy houses, school and shop

In the Kherson region, three civilians were injured by Russian shelling, and residential buildings and vehicles were damaged. Twenty-two settlements in the region came under attack.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.

The attacks damaged five apartment buildings and three private houses, a school, a shop, a police car, five civilian cars, a bus and a garage.

In Komyshany, the occupiers hit a school building with an FPV drone. In Havrylivka, a private house was damaged by the same drone.

In the morning, a 59-year-old woman came under artillery fire in the central part of Kherson. She was hospitalized with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion and a shrapnel leg injury with partial amputation.

In the Pivdennyi neighborhood, the Russian military repeatedly attacked an apartment building with attack drones, and a store was damaged. In the Tavriyskiy district, a multi-storey building, a bus and a car were damaged as a result of an FPV drone strike.

In the evening, artillery shelling hit the territory of a garage cooperative in Korabelny district, setting a police car and two civilian cars on fire. Three apartment buildings, a private house, a garage and two other cars were also damaged.

At night, during the shelling of residential areas in Dniprovsky district, two people were injured in their own apartments. A 79-year-old woman sustained a mine-blast injury and concussion, and a 75-year-old man sustained a mine-blast injury and numerous bruises.

Russian troops fired from multiple rocket launchers at the coastal area, damaging a private house.

All specialized services were working at the sites of the attacks. During the day, the police processed 197 reports of crimes and incidents and opened five criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "War Crimes".

On the afternoon of January 31, a civilian car hit a petal-type mine in Kherson, injuring a family of four. According to him, the car was occupied by a 47-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman and two young children - girls aged 2 and 5. All of them sustained contusions, explosive injuries and closed craniocerebral injuries.
