The Nyzhniosirohozka settlement military administration has already processed all the submitted applications. Most of the affected houses were recorded in the following settlements:
Out of the total number of reports, 46 have already been entered into the State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property. The remaining 55 cannot be processed due to data errors, duplication or incorrect information about the owners.
Owners of damaged or destroyed housing can submit an informational message through the portal or the Diia mobile application or contact the ASC. This requires documents confirming ownership, photos of the damage, and other supporting materials.
Recently, in Kherson, the commission approved compensation only for owners of homes that were completely destroyed as a result of the war. Those whose homes were only damaged were denied compensation.
Kherson and the region are shelled daily with various types of weapons. In the morning of February 13, Russian troops shelled a residential sector in the central district of Kherson. One of the enemy shells hit a multi-story building. A 48-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were wounded in the attack.
Before that, the invaders attacked settlements in the Kherson region, striking at residential areas and social infrastructure. Then the Russians damaged at least 12 private houses and destroyed several civilian cars. The shelling killed one person and injured nine others.
