Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital Spends Over ₴20M on Medical Services in 2025

In 2025, Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital made several large procurements, including water supply, medical supplies, and maintenance. The total value of the tenders exceeded several million hryvnias. The largest expenditures were for water supply services, arterial and venous hemofiltration kits, and repair of a CT scanner.

Intent analyzed the most expensive procurements of Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital in 2025 using the Ukrainian Universal Exchange.

One of the most expensive purchases at the beginning of the year concerned water distribution, for which it was planned to spend more than UAH 924 thousand. Mykolaivvodokanal will supply water to the hospital until the end of this year. The hospital also signed a contract with the company for sewage disposal worth more than one million hryvnias.

Also in January, the hospital purchased disinfectants such as Citrosteril, Puristeril and Sporotal for more than UAH 779 thousand. The supplier was Nefroservis, a private enterprise, which is expected to deliver the goods by the end of the year.

In addition, the hospital ordered an arterial-venous set of blood lines for hemofiltration for UAH 3.5 million. The contract was also awarded to the above-mentioned company without a competitive procedure.

Dental materials to be supplied by Medmarket Retail Group LLC cost over 66 thousand. Almost 183 thousand was spent on the purchase of reagents, antibodies and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Also, almost one and a half million was spent on purchasing a set for connecting a patient to a peritoneal dialysis system, a disinfectant cap for a vascular catheter, and dialyzers.

The hospital spent UAH 1.6 million on heat energy, which will be provided by Mykolaivoblteploenergo until the end of the year.

Laboratory reagents and supplies cost UAH 1.1 million, and maintenance services for X-ray machines cost almost half a million. Maintenance services for the water purification system cost more than UAH 300 thousand, routine maintenance of ventilation equipment - more than UAH 200 thousand, and maintenance of X-ray machines - UAH 300 thousand. UAH 397 thousand was planned for films for general radiography.

Repair of the CT scanner cost the hospital UAH 4.6 million. Data processing consulting services cost 225 thousand, test systems cost more than 600 thousand, and disinfectants cost almost a million.

The hospital spent over a million hryvnias on dental and related services. An otolaryngology stand cost 2.4 million, a flexible video duodenoscope 2.5 million, and equipment to maintain physiological functions of the body more than 200 thousand. Laundry and dry cleaning services for linen and blankets also cost over a million hryvnias.

Twenty-five medical services and laboratory tests cost the hospital more than UAH 665 thousand. The medical staff also made a purchase for boiler repair and maintenance services worth UAH 225 thousand.

In sum, the largest expenditures of Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital in 2025 were focused on the provision of medical services, equipment maintenance and the purchase of medical materials and amounted to over UAH 20 million.

And the largest expenditures ofthe Mykolaiv Parks municipal enterprise in 2024 were focused on the purchase of machinery, equipment and maintenance of the city's green areas. The most expensive purchases for landscaping cost the city about UAH 236.94 million.

In turn, the largest expenditures of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration in 2024 were related to the repair of educational institutions, the arrangement of shelters and the reconstruction of the water supply system, for which more than UAH 1.5 billion was spent.
