Mykolaiv region under drone strikes: residential buildings and a school damaged in two communities

(Mykolaiv district)

The Kutsurub community was attacked twice today by enemy artillery and drones.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

Four residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged in one of the four attacks of the day. A fire broke out, but was quickly extinguished. In Dmytrivka, the roof of an educational institution was damaged and a dry grass fire broke out. There were no casualties.

In addition, the Russian army attacked the waters of the Ochakiv community three times with FPV drones. There were no casualties.

A few days ago, a weekly action was held in the very center of Mykolaiv to commemorate Ukrainian prisoners of war and missing defenders. Despite the shelling, about 170 people joined the event.

The purpose of the event was to remind the citizens of Gramatorsk that the war is on, and we should not forget about our defenders. Both those who are fighting and those who are in enemy captivity.

The organizers called for continued attention to the issue of war prisoners and missing persons, emphasizing that each such rally is not just a manifestation of support, but also pressure on the international community to speed up the exchange.

The other day we wrote that the Koblivska community of Mykolaiv district, in particular the village of Rybakivka, was damaged. The shelling damaged 13 private houses, buildings on the territory of several recreation centers, the Ukrposhta office and a local store.

There were no casualties. Emergency services are working on the ground to determine the extent of the damage and eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

We reported earlier about the construction of a water supply system.

The construction of the main water supply system for Mykolaiv has reached the home stretch. The system is scheduled to be launched in August and the first commissioning works will start in July.

Thus, thanks to this project, the city will get its own source of drinking water.
