Mykolaiv region taxpayers paid almost twenty-two million for licenses to sell alcohol, tobacco and fuel

In January-September 2024, local budgets of the Mykolaiv region received UAH 21.7 million in fees for licenses for the production of cognac and alcoholic beverages, fees for licenses for the right to wholesale and retail trade in alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes, and fuel.

This was reported by the Department for Control of Excisable Goods of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Mykolaiv region.

The report says that compared to last year's figures for 9 months, revenues increased by almost UAH 3.5 million, or 19 percent.

In January-September 2024, taxpayers in the region were issued 4743 licenses for the right to wholesale and retail trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes, and fuel, including:

At the same time, specialists of the Department for Control of Excisable Goods of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Mykolaiv region revoked 898 licenses for the right to wholesale and retail trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel.

As a reminder, a college shelter in Mykolaiv region is to be repaired. Almost thirty million hryvnias will be spent from the state budget. Thus, it is planned to overhaul the radiation shelter in the dormitory building of the Novodesskiy Vocational College. The estimated duration of the repair is seven months. The shelter, with an area of 1520 square meters, is designed for 450 people. The source of funding is a subvention from the state budget to local budgets, which was distributed among the country's educational institutions in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
