Mykolaiv Region Restoration Service announces tenders for UAH 6 billion

Since the beginning of 2026, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Mykolaiv region has announced tenders for the repair of roads, bridges and maintenance of transport infrastructure worth billions of hryvnias. The most expensive tenders were for major repairs of bridges and the restoration of strategic routes leading to Mykolaiv, Ochakiv and resort destinations.

At the beginning of 2026, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Mykolaiv region made mostly small purchases, ranging from security services and technical support to road accident monitoring and software system maintenance. In the spring, the situation changed dramatically: a wave of multimillion-dollar tenders for the repair of highways, bridges, and strategic road infrastructure covered the region.

In January, the structure announced a tender for security services worth more than UAH 430 thousand, and in February and March, it conducted procurement related to the maintenance of computer hardware, software, databases and monitoring of road accidents.

These procurements include maintenance of computer equipment worth almost UAH 100 thousand, purchase of software for estimate documentation, monitoring of road accidents on national roads, and support services for information and analytical systems. Some tenders were even canceled in March.

In April, most of the procurement was directed to road repairs. Among the most expensive tenders was the current repair of the T-15-06 Mykolaiv-Domonivka-Berizky highway at various sections. In particular, more than UAH 636 million is planned to be spent on the section from km 70+333 to km 94+680. More than UAH 544 million has been allocated for the repair of other sections of the same road.

Separately, significant amounts of money have been allocated for the H-24 Blahovishchenske - Mykolaiv road via Voznesensk. In April, more than UAH 1.3 billion worth of tenders were announced for the repair of several road sections alone. The most expensive procurement was for the section from km 203+407 to km 213+407 with an expected cost of over UAH 376 million. Another UAH 314 million was planned for the repair of the section from km 157+505 to km 173+583.

In addition, in April, tenders were announced for the repair of the M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk road. A total of almost UAH 290 million was planned to be spent on two sections of the highway. Also, roads to Ochakiv and resort areas received funding, including the T-15-07 Mykolaiv-Parutino-Ochakiv highway, where the expected cost of two purchases exceeded UAH 247 million.

In May, the focus shifted to bridges and further rehabilitation of key roads. The largest tender was for the overhaul of a bridge on the P-55 Voznesensk-Novyi Buh highway. More than UAH 582.6 million was planned for the facility at km 85+486. Another bridge on the same highway, at km 87+744, is planned to be repaired for over UAH 212.8 million.

At the same time, in May, the government continued to announce tenders for the repair of state highways. In particular, more than UAH 392 million was allocated for another section of the T-15-06 Mykolaiv-Domonivka-Berizky road, and more than UAH 252 million for another section of this road. Also in May, new tenders were issued for the repair of the P-81 Kazanka-Snihurivka road and the M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk highway.

In addition to road works, the Service also ordered supervision of reconstruction of facilities, maintenance of official vehicles and other related services. In total, more than UAH 6 billion was planned for the restoration of the region this year.

At the same time, the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Oblast announced procurement for more than UAH 2.6 billion in the first five months of 2026 alone. Most of the money was spent on road repairs and reconstruction of facilities, while the institution spent hundreds of thousands of hryvnias on fuel, water, car maintenance and office needs.
