Mykolaiv region was attacked by drones. As a result of the attack on the city, a local enterprise was destroyed.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

On the night of February 28, the air defense forces shot down five Shahed 131/136 drones over the Mykolaiv region.

At around 00:16, the city was attacked by kamikaze drones. As a result of the falling debris, a fire broke out on the territory of a manufacturing plant, which was quickly extinguished.

The fire completely destroyed a cargo van, and damaged a warehouse and another truck. No casualties were reported.

On February 27, air defense destroyed seven attack drones, and the Kutsurubska community was again hit by FPV drone attacks that damaged a house and a power line.

On the night of February 16, Russian troops launched a massive strike on the city, damaging a critical facility that started a fire. The blast wave and debris damaged five high-rise buildings, four shops, a catering facility, and office space. Despite constant attacks, the air defense continues to resist.

On February 12, in the afternoon, the enemy attacked the area with an X-35 cruise missile, which lost its combat capability over open terrain. At night, air defense destroyed two more drones. In Mykolaiv district, debris hit an infrastructure facility, causing a fire, and a blast wave damaged warehouses.

The Romanian Senate has made a final decision to allow the shooting down of drones that violate the country's airspace and to conduct military operations on its territory in peacetime.

Amid the threat of a Starlink shutdown, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense is working on alternative solutions. Meanwhile, U.S. negotiators, who are pressuring Kyiv for access to critical mineral resources, have raised the issue of possible restrictions on Ukraine's access to satellite internet.
