Mykolaiv Air Defense Destroys 7 Drones Amid Ongoing Attacks

Air defense forces in Mykolaiv region destroyed seven enemy drones. During the day, the occupiers shelled the Kutsurubska and Ochakivska communities with artillery and FPV drones, and damaged buildings.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

On the night of February 14, air defense forces in the Mykolaiv region destroyed seven Shahed 131/136 drones.

On February 13, at 07:38, Russian troops shelled the Kutsurub community with artillery. During the day and at night, the enemy attacked the community three times with FPV drones. The attacks damaged a residential building in Dmytrivka village and a non-residential building in Solonchaky. According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

Also on the evening of February 13, at 21:59 and 23:09, enemy FPV drones attacked Ochakiv. On the night of February 14, at 00:56, the occupiers launched an artillery strike on the waters of the Ochakiv community. No casualties were reported.

On the night of February 13, air defense forces destroyed eight enemy drones over Mykolaiv region. A day earlier, on February 12, at about 13:50, the enemy launched a cruise missile, probably an X-35, which lost its combat capability over open ground - no one was injured.

On the night of February 12, the air defense forces also destroyed two Shahed 131/136 drones. As a result of the falling debris, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv district, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers, and the blast wave damaged warehouses.

On February 11, at 19:50, the enemy fired mortars at the Ochakiv community and attacked three times with FPV drones, and the Ukrainian military destroyed six Shahed 131/136 in the region. In Voznesensky district, a blast wave and shrapnel damaged a lyceum building.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' operation to establish a bridgehead on the left bank of the Kherson River near the village of Krynky encountered difficulties as units were unable to break through to key roads and disrupt enemy logistics. After the Ukrainian troops withdrew, the situation escalated again.
