The official website of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration has become an outsider. According to the results of the inspection, it was recognized as the least transparent among the web resources of the region's communities.

This was reported by MykVisti.

According to Spartak Gukasyan, a representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Mykolaiv region, in January-April 2025, all official Internet resources of the region's communities were analyzed as part of a special monitoring. The lowest openness rates were recorded on the website of the Mykolaiv ATC.

According to the ombudsman, the administration's website does not meet most of the legal requirements for information accessibility. In particular, it is difficult to find updated contact details of officials and clear instructions for citizens on how to contact the authorities.

"The worst result is on the website of the regional military administration. They do not comply with all the standards set out in the law in most cases. For example, try to find the actual contacts of the heads or clear instructions on where citizens can apply there," said Gukasyan.
