Mykolaiv has once again announced an auction to repair the basement of the executive committee's administrative building. This time, the purchase price is more than three hundred thousand hryvnias.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

The works were ordered by the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council. It is planned to spend UAH 355,308 on the basement repair.

The auction was scheduled for August 26. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 1,776. No bid security is required.

According to the terms of reference, the contractor is to dismantle the water pipes and install new ones, lay a sewer system, dismantle the lamps and replace them with LED lamps, treat the walls with an antifungal coating, cover them with ceramic tiles, make a screed and install washbasins and faucets.

The renovation work should be completed by October 31, 2024.

Recently, the executive committee also planned to repair the basement. The plan is to arrange a simple shelter for the members of the executive committee. But the cost of the work already amounts to almost five million hryvnias.

In June, the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council planned to spend more than a million hryvnias on gifts and awards. The Mykolaiv Mayor's Honorary Award "For the Defense of Mykolaiv" of the first degree is to be ordered in 850 pieces, and of the second degree in 250 pieces. The warranty period for the product should be 12 months of the official manufacturer's warranty.

The government also spent almost 2.5 million hryvnias on territorial defense measures. This includes the purchase and installation of video surveillance systems at six sites. According to the justification, there was an urgent need to make the purchase, according to a memo from the department for the organization of defense and mobilization work and interaction with law enforcement agencies of the Mykolaiv City Council.

In March, the executive committee planned to purchase two new SUVs for UAH 3 million 765 thousand. The cars were to be purchased to improve the material and technical base for the TRO and to perform tasks, including those related to mobilization training.
