MP's firm wins 280 million tender in Odesa region

The State Enterprise "Local Road Service" held a procurement to select a company that will be paid for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Podil district.

The only bidder, according to the Prozorro system, was Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud, a limited liability company, the Center for Public Investigations reported.

The company accordingly became the winner of the tender. If the agreement is concluded, the company expects to receive UAH 281.1 million, and will take care of the roads until December 31, 2026.

According to the YouControl service, the founders of Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud are Odesa Regional Council deputy Prince Khachatryan and his relative Robert Khachatryan. The company was registered in 2023. In addition to contracts in Odesa region, the company is active in other regions, including Mykolaiv region, where it repairs roads.

The roadmaintainer has to remove emergency greenery on the roadside, garbage, and snow in winter. Patching repairs and horizontal road markings with cold-applied plastic using a stencil marking machine.

Earlier, the Department of Capital Construction and Roads of the Odesa Regional State Administration held a tender to select a contractor to be paid for the repair of the regional hospital. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant in this procurement was Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud Limited Liability Company, with a contract price of UAH 17 million 165 thousand.

In June, the State Enterprise "Local Road Service" selected a contractor for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Berezivskyi district. It was also Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud LLC, worth UAH 173 million 50 thousand.
