The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa Oblast has conducted a procurement to select a company to provide comprehensive maintenance of state border crossing points for road traffic.
This was reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.
We are talking about checkpoints:
Two limited liability companies Griffin-Service and Eurodor participated in the auction.
The winner was Griffin-Service LLC, which agreed to work for 22 million 575 thousand hryvnias.
According to the YouControl service, Griffin-Service LLC was registered in Kyiv in 2013. The owner is Maxim Karimov.
Last year, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa Oblast conducted five procurements for the routine repair of checkpoints across the state border for road traffic.
These are the following checkpoints:
The first two procurements were conducted with the participation of three limited liability companies: "Eurodor, Avtomagistral-Pivden, and Rostdorstroy.
Eurodor LLC was chosen as the winner, having agreed to work for UAH 29 million 350 thousand in the first case and for UAH 9 million 546 thousand in the second.
According to the YouControl service, Eurodor LLC belongs to Gevorg Avetisyan, a deputy of the Izmail City Council.
These three companies also participated in the third procurement, but this time Rostdorstroy LLC won.
The owner of Odesa-based Rostdorstroy LLC is the Hungarian company Juttema, whose beneficiaries are Odesa residents Yevhen Konovalov and Yuriy Schumacher. The latter is a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the Trust the Deeds faction. The co-chairman of the party of the same name is the mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov.
The price of the issue is UAH 47 million 30.1 thousand.
The other two procurements were awarded to Avtomagistral-Pivden Limited Liability Company. In the case of Serpneve-1-Basarabianka, Eurodor did not participate, but Rostdorstroy and Avtomagistral-Pivden were joined by Paritetbudinvest Construction Firm LLC.
Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC plans to receive UAH 13 million 199 thousand 998 for this work.
In the case of the Tabaky-Myrne checkpoint, there were four bidders, with Eurodor LLC joining the previous three. "Avtomagistral-Pivden plans to receive UAH 28 million 963.2 thousand for this procurement.
