A new industrial park, Techno Park Voznesensk, has been officially established in Mykolaiv region.
On October 25, 2024, it was included in the Register of Industrial Parks by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reported.
The 19-hectare park is located in the city of Voznesensk and the village of Buzke, where it is planned to create more than 1,050 new jobs in various industries, including leather, building materials, mechanical engineering, science and technology, and IT.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ noted that the creation of the park will help attract investment, develop Ukrainian production, and strengthen the economy of the south of the country. The project was initiated by KULAT LLC, which plans to invest UAH 56 million in the creation of the necessary infrastructure. The park's residents are expected to raise about UAH 800 million to build their own facilities, and the management company will invest another UAH 20 million over the next three years.
The park's enterprises will receive tax benefits, which will allow them to attract an additional UAH 9.7 million to the budget by 2027. This project is part of a large-scale program for the development of industrial parks in Ukraine, for which the state has allocated UAH 1 billion. This provides for support in the form of 50% reimbursement of infrastructure costs for industrial parks, and 80-20 co-financing for territories that have been subjected to de-occupation.
On the contrary, the Energia Industrial Park in Mykolaiv was removed from the Register. This decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine during a meeting. This 36-hectare plot of land is located in Mykolaiv 's Korabelnyi district.
Meanwhile, the Odesa City Council has planned to build an industrial park in the city. A tender for the development of technical documentation has been announced. It is planned to spend more than UAH 2 million from the budget.
