Industrial Park in Odesa: City Council to Spend More Than 2 Million on Development of Documentation

The city council has planned to build an industrial park in Odesa. A tender for the development of technical documentation has been announced. It is planned to spend more than UAH 2 million from the budget.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro e-procurement system.

The customer is the Department of Land Resources of Odesa City Council.

The auction is scheduled for August 19 in an open bidding format with special features that provide for shorter timeframes for the procedure.

The technical documentation on land management for the inventory of communal land from the Bypass Road to the Odesa Sea Port overpass (the territory of the filtration fields) must be developed by December 15, 2024.

The contractor will have to provide materials on land inventory, geodetic survey at a scale of 1:500, technical documentation on land management, extracts from the State Land Cadastre and an interactive web map. This map will be equipped with functionality for working with industrial parks.

The functionality of the map should include displaying the nearest roads, access roads, seaports, railways and other logistics routes. The map should also contain separate layers to show infrastructure facilities and plots suitable for industrial parks.

In Izmail district in Odesa region, procurement for repairs to two kindergartens was conducted without using the electronic system. Both contracts were awarded to a "newborn" entrepreneur, Amina Zamfirova, who is a third-year student at a pedagogical university.

Meanwhile, the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district is again looking for a contractor to build a new radiation protection shelter on the territory of a lyceum in the village of Vypasne, Odesa region. The project envisages the construction of a radiation shelter for 250 people. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 41 million 376 thousand.

Also, Ananiev Multidisciplinary City Hospital in Odesa Oblast announced a second tender for the overhaul of the protective structure at the medical facility.
