The mayor of Artsyz in Odesa region, Serhiy Parpulansky, said that according to the information from the power company, one should not expect a connection in the next week.

The official posted on Facebook that the situation may be somewhat better for villages and the military camp.

"But the current forecast is also unsatisfactory. As for water supply, we will supply it according to the schedule," he said.

Meanwhile, the head of Odesa MVA Serhiy Lysak said that the timing of the resumption of electricity, water and heat supply to Odesa residents is currently unknown. He noted that everything currently depends on the power industry, as without electricity supply it will be impossible to restore either water or heat supply. According to Lysak, by the end of the day on December 13, the administration will have some clarity on the restoration of the city's critical infrastructure.

Odesa and the Odesa region were attacked by Russian missiles and drones throughout the day, which resulted in a largely lack of electricity and water supply in the city as of the morning of December 13. As a result of the enemy attack, all traction substations in the city were left without power supply, and trams and trolleybuses were temporarily suspended. Four people were injured in the shelling.

Around the evening of December 12, Infoksvodokanal announced that power supply had been restored to its facilities, which will allow it to resume water supply to residents of areas that were temporarily deprived of it due to the Russian attack on the energy infrastructure of Odesa region on the night of December 12. As well as the following settlements: Ilichanka, Korsuntsi, Krasnosilka, Svitloye, Oleksandrivka, Kryzhanivka, Lisky, Fontanka, Vapnyarka, Nova Dofinivka, Chornomorske, Zmiienkove, Hryhorivka, Novi Bilyari, Buldynka, Vizyrka, Bilyari, Sychavka.

On the night of December 12, they massively attacked Odesa district with attack drones. Despite the active work of air defense forces, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged. Warehouses, an administrative building and a garage were also damaged. Fires broke out at the site and were extinguished by rescuers.
