Currently, both detainees have been served a notice of suspicion under the article on illegal drug trafficking on a large scale, which provides for up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property. The court has already imposed on the suspects a pre-trial restraint in the form of no alternative detention. All seized property was sent for examination, and the pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

As a reminder, in a colony in Mykolaiv region, an employee set up a drug supply channel for prisoners. Law enforcement officers have completed the investigation and sent the indictment to court. Law enforcement officers have completed the investigation into the organization of drug supply to the Kazankivska correctional colony No. 93 in Mykolaiv region. The indictment has already been submitted to court. According to the investigation, the prisoners arranged for the drugs through the colony's supervision and security inspector.
