The municipal enterprise Parks of Kherson was granted permission to develop technical documentation for land management. It is an inventory of the land on which the city's parks and squares are located.

The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.

According to the document, several land plots are to be inventoried:

The order was adopted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Land Code and the Law "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law". Information about the decision will be published on the official website of the Kherson City Council.

It is noted that the head of the Kherson City Military Administration retains control over the implementation of the order.

Meanwhile, antitrust authorities found violations in the provision of household waste removal services in Kherson. The AMCU found that waste removal services in Kherson are provided without competitive selection. This means that waste collection and transportation companies operate without open competition, which may affect the quality and cost of services. Currently, the city's garbage is collected by the utility company Parks of Kherson.

Earlier, Intent wrote that in Kherson, representatives of the city council signed a contract worth more than a million hryvnias without bidding and auction for the provision of waste disposal services and its removal to the landfill. Thus, on January 17, the municipal enterprise "Parks of Kherson", which organizes and maintains the city's green areas, signed an agreement with another municipal enterprise of the Kherson City Council, Ecopolis. The administration decided not to hold a tender, concluding a contract worth UAH 1 million 302 thousand without using an electronic system.
