According to the investigation, in October 2022, the 45-year-old suspect voluntarily took up the position of the so-called "head of the territorial administration of the Blahodatne settlement". In this pseudo-position, the woman organizes the work of the illegally created authority, performs administrative and economic functions.

The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the SBU Office in Kherson region.

Earlier it was reported that the "accountant" of the pseudo-law enforcement agency of Kherson was sentenced to 15 years in prison. The court sentenced her to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold positions in state and local government. It is proved that in July 2022, during the temporary occupation of Kherson, the 56-year-old convicted defected to the enemy and took the position of "accountant" in the illegal "Expert and Forensic Center of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kherson Region". In this position, the woman prepared applications and calculated salaries for the employees of the "department". By her actions, she contributed to the functioning of the pseudo-law enforcement agency in the temporarily occupied territory and the approval of the aggressor state's policy.

It was also reported that investigating judge of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv Ivan Dirk considered a request for a preventive measure against a 60-year-old resident of Kherson, suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
