On March 4, enemy strikes damaged the city's critical infrastructure: part of Odesa was left without electricity, water and heat. The relevant services are currently working to restore the supply.

According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, the debris of the downed drones damaged private houses in the suburbs of Odesa, causing fires. Rescuers are quickly eliminating the fire. Information about the victims is currently being clarified.

Earlier, Intent wrote that on the night of February 16, Russian drones attacked Mykolaiv CHP, leaving many residents without heating. As a result of the strike, the power generation of the CHPP was completely destroyed. Despite the serious damage, utilities found a solution and restored heat supply.
