In Kherson, police recorded the consequences of an enemy attack and opened six war crimes proceedings. A car driver was killed by shelling.

Police recorded damage to nine private houses, a school, three cars, shops, garages, and gas pipelines.
In Zmiivka, Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone on a residential area, injuring a 62-year-old man who was wounded by the explosion and shrapnel. After another shelling, three private houses were damaged. The village also came under artillery fire, which damaged a private house.
In Antonivka, a shop, two cars, a gas pipeline and a garage were damaged after a series of attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles.
Artillery shelling damaged a school in Tomaryne and three residential buildings in Mykilske, Novokaira and Bilozerka.
In Mykhaylivka, Russian troops simultaneously attacked with artillery and FPV drones, but fortunately, no one was injured.
In the central district of Kherson, the occupiers struck a private house with an FPV drone, which damaged it. Artillery shelling also damaged a private house in the coastal zone of the Korabelny district.
Police received a report of the disappearance of a 56-year-old taxi driver after completing a call in the Sadove district on November 7. Later, the man's burnt-out car was found.
Relevant services are working at the sites of the shelling.
Over the past day, the police received 139 statements from citizens regarding criminal offenses and other incidents. Six criminal proceedings were opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Also, five people died in Mykolaiv due to enemy shelling. There were interruptions in heat supply due to a break in the heating network, and there are also gas supply outages. One private house was destroyed, several other buildings, including a multi-storey building, were damaged. Two cars were also destroyed, and the blast wave damaged several apartments and four shops.
Within three days, the Russians launched 54 unmanned aerial vehicles at Odesa and the region. On the night of November 10 alone, 18 drones were launched, damaging the city's infrastructure, private homes, cars, and market stalls. Last night, two people were injured. Ten people are currently hospitalized after the shelling and are being treated.
